Number 4 is incorrect and there is no correct answer which is:

If she hadn’t stayed up so late last night, she wouldn’t have overslept this morning.

Hi Geoff, thank you for reaching out with your suggestion. While the first part of your suggestion is correct (past perfect), the second part “wouldn’t have overslept” implies a past result. The original sentence implies a present state (“tired this morning”). While oversleeping might be a reason for being tired, it’s not the direct “not tired” state the sentence indicates. This is why the correct answer is in the exercise, I have double checked it.
